This is our current Business Plan for 2010-2014. It was published last September at a time when we were part of two PBC Groups and before the full details of the strategy to develop clinical commissioning was known.

The work we committed to do is still highly relevant though and we are busy carrying our what we said we'd do. We are currently developing our first Locality Commissioning Plan. This will set out our priorities for the next three years together with detailed plans for 2011/12. During January and February 2012, we will be meeting with patients and other stakeholders across the city to allow them to shape our plans.
